Tangy and Sweet Raspberry VodkaIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 24 ounce bottle vodka
2 cups raspberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 lime, quartered
Directions:1) Place Raspberries in a zip-lock bag and smash with a rolling pin so that they are crushed.
2) Place all ingredients in a large bottle or jar, tightly seal, then place in the fridge.
Keep in the fridge for 2 to 4 weeks, giving the bottle a good shake every day or when you can remember.
3) Strain and mix with soda water for a yummy, sweet drink.
The point of this recipe is to make Vodka really yummy so don't worry about using a cheap bottle, it'll still taste awesome.
