MirsadaBanana MilkIngredients (use vegan versions): 3 ripe bananas (peeled and frozen ripe)
4 cups water
3 dates, chopped
4 ice cubes (optional)
Directions:1. Add all ingredients in blender and blend well.
This recipe is very easy and can be adjusted to your liking. Want more of a smoothie use the ice, want more of a milk like consistancy don't use
ice. I have used vanilla in the past.
