Cream Cheese & Guacamole WontonsIngredients (use vegan versions): Wonton wrappers (i use Dynasty they're vegan)
Cream Cheese (i use Tofutti gold lable)
Diced fresh jalapeno
Guacomole
Directions:Preheat deep fryer to 365 degrees (you can fry in a pan with oil and it still turns out good but the deep fryer is works best)
Lay out as many wonton wrappers as you want and place approximately 1/2 teaspoon guacamole, 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese, and a pinch of diced jalapenos in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Take each corner of the wrapper and fold inward so that all the corners meet, pressing the corners together so that no filling can get out.
Put the filled wontons in the fryer for approximately 5 minutes.
When the filled wontons are done put them on a plate with a paper towel underneath.
Let them cool for a few minutes or you will definitely scald your mouth!
Serve with sweet chili sauce, yummy :)
