Easy Elotes (Corn, Mayo & Chili)

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    1 - 14 ounce can corn
    4 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise, or as desired
    1/2 tablespoon chili powder, or to taste

Directions:

1) Put the corn in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 4 1/2  minutes or until very hot. When corn is done cooking, add the vegan mayonnaise and the chili powder the corn. Mix all together with your spoon and enjoy!

Makes: 2 Servings, Preparation time: 1 minutes, Cooking time: 5 minutes

this is really good!  I added alot of pepper and some salt.  I have made something similiar to this with tofutti cream cheese and they both are good.

yay thank u for trying it... i thought it sounded sick when my boyfriend introduced me to this but i was pleasantly surprised how yummy it is Smiley
