Oatmeal Protein BarsIngredients (use vegan versions): 3 cups oats
8 servings protein substitute
12 tablespoons peanut butter (or your favourite nut butter, I like almond)
1.5 cups milk substitute
substitute equal to 2 egg whites
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:Combine the above ingredients and put in a greased 9" x 9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes. When they are cool, put them in the fridge or they will go moldy in a few days.

Note: I haven't made them myself yet, and my friend makes these with real eggs and cow's milk, and I'm curious to see if the vegan options are good. Really just posting this so I don't forget to try it!
