Dinosaur Legs (Tofu Nuggets)Ingredients (use vegan versions): 1 block regular extra firm tofu
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon corn starch
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:Use blender/coffee grinder to grind rolled oats into flour.
Mash all ingredients together with potato masher, form into 10-12 patties.
Bake on oiled baking sheet at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes, flip and bake an additional 10-12 minutes.
Serve with sweet mustard, BBQ or teriyaki dipping sauce.
Makes: 4-8 servings, Preparation time: 15 minutes, Cooking time: 22-24 minutes
