Taco PizzaIngredients (use vegan versions): Pizza dough (enough for 12 inch pizza)
10 oz can refried beans
1 tomato
2-3 green onion stalks
Romaine lettuce
Soy cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp taco seasoning
Handful or so tortilla chips
black olives
salsa
vegan sour cream
Directions:Prepare dough as package directs *preheat oven by the directions also
In a small bowl toss shredded soy cheddar in taco seasonings
Chop up your tomatoes, green onions and lettuce
Smash up the tortilla chips and set those a side for now
Spread refried beans on rolled dough, this will be the 'sauce' for your pizza
Sprinkle most of the cheese (save a little to sprinkle on top later), tomatoes and green onion
Bake until the pizza is about 3/4 of the way done, for me that's usually 17-20 minutes
Take it out, add the lettuce, tortilla chips and remaining cheese to the top and bake for another 5-10 minutes
Serve the pizza topped with sour cream and salsa
My non-veg boyfriend and my mom love this recipe, SUPER tasty!
