Very Simple Veggie Sausage Avocado SandwichIngredients (use vegan versions): 2 or 4 slices of your favourite toasting bread
veggie sausage patties
1 mashed or sliced avocado
cheddar soy cheese slices, optional
vegan margarine
Directions:Toast and butter the bread.
Heat veggie sausage patties in meantime. I usually manage at 30 to 90 seconds in the microwave.
Pile everything inbetween toast and enjoy!
I usually cut the toast and veggie sausages in half. I find the sandwichse easier to eat that way. They can be quite messy with lots of slippery avocado pieces flying about at times.
Makes: 1 or 2 servings, Preparation time: 2 minutes, Cooking time: 2 minutes
