Best Ranch Dressing or Dip

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

1 cup Vegenaise, vegan mayo or Tofutti sour cream
    2 teaspoons parsley
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    dash of dill weed
    black pepper to taste
Coffee Rich or plain unsweetened soymilk (optional if you are making dressing only)

Directions:

Whisk all the ingredients together and chill in the fridge until very cold, then serve.

If you are making dip you can use Vegenaise or a vegan sour cream as the base and do not add any Coffee Rich or soymilk. Great with chips or vegetables. Also nice to dip fried tofu and things like that in.

If you are making dressing add in some coffee rich or soymilk until you reach your desired thinness for salad dressing. I add 1/4 to 1/2 cup coffee rich and it makes it good as a dressing.

Source of recipe: I adapted this from my old ranch dressing recipe that was not vegan. This has been fed to omni's and passes all taste tests across the board by kids and adults alike. People say it tastes better than anything they have ever had from a bottle, vegan or not.

Makes: 1 cup or more, Preparation time: 2 minutes

This is the best ranch dip I have ever had, vegan or otherwise.  I used Vegenaise and did not add the soymilk.  I didn't bother to chill it, because I wanted to try it right away with some vegan "chicken" I made earlier today.  HEAVEN!
