Avocado FriesIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 avocado sliced in shell then scooped out
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/8 cup ground flax seed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion or garlic powder
Directions:Mix up everything except the avocado.
Place strips of avocado into the 'batter' and stir gently or shake around in bowl.
Eat now or dehydrate for about 10 min. They get kinda warm quickly.. This is really good with sundried tomato ketchup!
