Raw Nut BurgerIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 cup soaked walnuts
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes (soaked)
1/2 jalapeno (optional but yummy!!! can sub with some other pepper)
1 clove of garlic, or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon miso
1 teaspoon cayenne (optional, I like spice)
sprinkle of water (maybe)
Directions:Pulse in your processor until well chopped up. Not too chunky and not too pasty. This is where you may need some water if it is too dry. It depends how well you drained your tomatoes and nuts.
Form into patties on you nonstick dehydrator sheet.
Dry for about 45 minutes. Last time I dried only 10 minutes and they were warm and stuck together nicely!
Serve on your fav raw bread or lettuce and all the fixins!
