Super Simple SalsaIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 plum tomato, chopped
1-2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tablespoons red pepper, chopped
1-2 tablespoons poblano pepper, chopped
salt (to taste)
Directions:Go get all your ingredients together. Make sure you wash all your vegetables! Chop up what you need and use the rest for something else*. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Enjoy your fresh, home made, Super Simple Salsa.
