Raw Stuffed Red Pepper

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    1 red pepper
    1/2 cup almonds
    1 carrot
    1 celery stalk
    sea salt
    1 tablespoon flax seed
    1 clove garlic
    2 tablespoons water
    nutritional yeast

Directions:

Cut the top off of the red pepper (you could use this to make a nice cheeze sauce).  Put the next 7 ingredients (except nutritional yeast!) in a blender, blend until nice and chunky. Put into the red pepper and sprinkle nutritional yeast on top or a nice cheeze sauce.
