Sweet, Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    2 sweet potatoes
    3 tablespoons agave nectar
    cinnamon to taste
4 tablespoons olive oil (or whatever you have available, canola works well)

Directions:

1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2) Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them so they look like fries.

3) In a large bowl mix the agave with the oil and the cinnamon.

4) Add the cut up sweet potatoes into the mixture and mix.

5) Put the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes

6) Turn the sweet potatoes so they can cook on the other side for about 15-20 minutes (depends on if you like them soft or crispy - watch so they do not burn)

7) Enjoy!! Smiley
