Iced Chai Soymilk

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    6 chai tea bags
    3 cups water
1/3 cup agave nectar (or up to 1/2 cup to taste, I find that 1/3 is perfect)

Directions:

Bring water and chai tea bags to a soft boil and then turn heat to low and let simmer for about 5-8 minutes. Let cool.  Remove the tea bags and stir in agave nectar. This mixture can be stored in the fridge for 2 weeks, maybe longer.  When you are ready for your iced chai soy latte, simply take your glass and fill it with ice. Add 1/2 cup of the chai mixture and 1 cup of soymilk to the glass. Add a straw and enjoy. Sticking to this ratio, the mix will give you about 6 servings, but you can adjust it to your taste. Enjoy!!
