Pumpkin Chocolate Healthy Indulgent Shake!

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    2 tablespoons cocoa powder
    2 tablespoons sweetener
    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    1-2 cups ice
    shake of cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

Place all in blender and crush, crush, crush!

Devour! Only about 120 calories depending on choice of sweetener, includes a veggie, chocolate, and just a little good fat from the almonds Smiley

Makes: 1 serving, Preparation time: 10 minutes

delicious!  i used about a tbsp agave,  a 2inch piece of frozen banana (from my bag o' frozen banana chunks), about a half cup of soymilk, and probably only 1 cup of ice.. i kept the cocoa, pumpkin and cinnamon the same.  it came out extra thick since i used less soymilk and i ate it like ice cream.  this is so awesome and full of healthy pumpkin!!  i love it and i bought another can of pumpkin today so i can make more of these.
