My Favorite Homemade Salad Dressing! Soy Yogurt-Dill-Sweet Mustard

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    plain soy yogurt
    white rice vinegar
    dijon mustard
    2 teaspoons agave nectar
    garlic cloves
    dill weed
    1 teaspoon parsley
    1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:

Use equal parts soy yogurt and white rice vinegar.

Add the remaining ingredients to taste! I use lots of garlic, dill and Dijon mustard, about 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 2 teaspoons agave and 1 teaspoon parsley.

Enjoy! This dressing is good on any salad!

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Oh, I guess the longest I've ever had it in the frig is 3 weeks. You have to shake it though because it starts to separate....

If you can't convince them, confuse them.

I have this huge container of Silk Plain Yogurt and nothing to do with it.....then I found this recipe....I had already decided I didn't like this yogurt at all, but thought that all these other ingredients might mask the grossness of the yogurt....it didn't.  Just way too tangy for me...I think next time I'll try using a combo of Veganaise and Toffuti Sour Cream instead of the yogurt...that would probably be good.
