Raw PB and Banana WrapIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 leaf lettuce
1 banana, to your preferred ripeness
1 tablespoon raw nut butter of your choice
1 teaspoon raw flax seed (optional)
Directions:Rinse off lettuce leaf and dry.
Spread nut butter on leaf.
Sprinkle with flax seed or whatever you have sitting around.
Wrap banana in lettuce leaf.
I thought lettuce would taste bad with banana, but you can't really taste it, and it adds a fresh crunch along with the flax seeds.
Serves: 1
