SO HOW'D IT GO?

For some reason, I thought the fat in the walnuts would turn this into a paste or a ball in the food processor (I've never seen Parma before), and I really have the urge to add water or egg replacer to this to make it bind, but I'm leaving it as is, and I thought it actually tasted pretty good.  Thanks for a simple, natural recipe!

This worked like a charm and is less expensive. I usually half or quarter this recipe and cut the salt down, but it looks and tastes the same to me!

I love this recipe and make it all the time. I halve it just because it's a lot to have around for one person.

This was pretty good.  I fourthed the recipe because walnuts are so expensive where I live, and it made enough to fill up a baby food jar.  I thought it was very strong though.  I think next time I'm going to cut back on the walnuts and salt just a bit, but it tasted a lot like parmesan cheese =-).  I'll post a couple pics soon.
