Pumpkin Pie in a Glass

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    1/2 cup pumpkin
    1/2 cup soy or other milk
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (not necessary if milk is vanilla)
    1/2 cup crushed ice
    1 tablespoon liquid sweetener
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

Blend it up and enjoy!!

This wasn't quite sweet enough for me. But I think I forgot the vanilla. I think next time I will use a frozen banana instead of ice cubes to add creaminess.

this was amazing!! i just made it and am drinking it now... this tastes exactly like pumpkin pie filling... an amazing dessert/treat after a long day.....i will definitely be making this again.. i'm practically licking the glass clean haha.   thanks!

Made this last night and it was soooo good. I added a little almond extract and nutmeg with a dollop of soy whip....I still have some pumpkin left so I'm definitely going to make it again tonight   Smiley I'm going to tell the people at my weight watcher meeting all about it because it ended up only being 2 points  Thumbs Up sooo happy I found this
