Barbeque BroccoliIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 head of broccoli
spices (I used garlic salt, but anything will do)
olive oil
Directions:Start your grill.
You may need a veggie grill pan (a pan with holes in it specially for grilling veggies).
All you have to do is cut up the broccoli and put into a plastic container. Pour a decent amount of olive oil, and add your spices close the lid and shake it all around. Once the grill is hot throw your broccoli into the grill pan and close the lid. Any extra olive oil is burned off at this point. Leave it for about five minutes, come back and mix the broccoli around a bit then close the grill lid again for another five minutes. Basically grill the broccoli until it has a few burned crispy pieces clinging to it. This goes as a great side dish for grilled tofu.
