Fresh Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    1 package cranberries
    1 cup orange juice
    1 cup turbinado sugar

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a saucepan.  Allow to boil and cranberries with pop.  Cook for 5 minutes or until a gel.  Allow to cool and serve.

Serves: 8
