Black Death Sandwiches

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    sliced black olives
    vegan cream cheese
    sliced tomatoes
    garlic powder
    whole wheat pita
    oregano
    sliced onion
    capers
    a little salt

Directions:

Mix it all to taste and then stuff it in the pita.

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 4 minutes

I didn't think this sandwich would be good because I'm not a fan of cream cheese or raw onions but it was EXCELLENT!! It was so easy and delicious. I never would have thought of cream cheese in a sandwich like this but it turned out like mayo which I also really liked it.
