Pumpkin Pie LatteIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 cup fair trade coffee, brewed
1/2 cup soymilk or soy creamer
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1/4- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions:Put pumpkin and spice in the bottom of a glass. Slowly add the hot coffee, stirring to incorporate as you go. Add soymilk or creamer (steamed if you like) and stir.
