Sandwich VerdeIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 or 2 slices of thick and hearty whole grain bread
margarine
1 avocado, sliced
1 to 2 tomatillos, sliced
1 spring onion/ scallion
salt
white pepper
garlic powder
fresh cilantro leaves
Directions:Spread margarine on bread.
Pile avocado slices on one slice of bread. Top with tomatillo slices and spring onion.
Season to taste by sprinkling on herbs and spices.
Top with other slice of bread or serve as an open face sandwich.
