These are sooooo good!! I bought a head of organic cauliflower at the market today on a whim. I usually hate cauliflower, no clue why I bought it. I didn't know what to do with this so I just searched here for cauliflower. This is AWESOME, probably the only time I've ever really liked this veg!! I added a T of tamari and used a bunch of fresh dill since I had some leftover from making tzatziki sauce.

This is a great recipe. I'm always looking for new ways to use Cauliflower. The mustard really does come through like another person said. Next time I will cut it back slightly for my 3yr old. We will definitely hang on to this recipe. Thanks for posting it.

So good!  I should have doubled the recipe as I had to fight to get enough for my own plate.  Grin  Followed the recipe exactly, but omitted dill (personal preference).  I used Pam on the baking sheet and no sticking.  Next time I will double the recipe so I can get more and take a pic.  Thanks for a great recipe!

Sad

Okay, I admit it; I'm still a fairly new cook. Why else would I think it was a good idea to substitute cumin for nut. yeast? What, because they sort of look like each other? I don't know. Point is, the recipe was definitely missing the nut. yeast. Also, like someone else said, it was way too lemony for me. Finally, I don't know why, but I thought these poppers would end up crunchy like fries, and that was a no-go as well.

I think this is worth trying again, though. Next time I'll use all of the correct ingredients (maybe a bit less lemon) and hope for success.

What a yummy recipe, I LOVE it!

I was very disappointed to realize that I am out of dill, but I substituted basil and it was very, very delicious.

Thanks for the recipe, it's a keeper!
