VLT

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    vegan mayo
    tomato slices
    vegan bacon bits
    lettuce
    2 slices of bread

Directions:

Toast the bread and spread as much vegan mayo as you want on the slices of bread.

Add the vegan bacon bits, I recommend putting them right on top of the vegan mayo so you have a chance of them actually staying on the sandwich.

Add the lettuce and tomatoes and enjoy.

Makes: 1 serving, Preparation time: 2 minutes

These are way yum and refreshing. I make them with FYH's bacon bits but I also make them with homemade tofu bacon (as in the picture); depends on how lazy I am at the time... I also add FYH's Thousand Island dressing to the sandwich. They're also really great on toasted rye bread.
