Tofu-Choco BallsIngredients (use vegan versions): 1/3 block tofu (firm)
3/4 cup chocolate pieces (your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
almond powder, almond pieces, powdered sugar, or topping/fillings of your choosing
Directions:Melt the chocolate and blend it with the tofu and the vanilla (I used a stick blender).
Put into a container and refrigerate for a few hours. It will then be solid enough that you can spoon out chunks and roll them into balls. I dipped them in almond powder, powdered sugar, or almond pieces. You could also put fruit or nuts inside, or dip them in melted chocolate.
Serves: Depends on your sweet tooth!
Preparation time: 20 minutes max active time; 3 hours waiting time
