I love greens and I love salt, so these were amazing!  Smitten I've been meaning to try them for a long long time and eventually got round to it the other night.  I liked them so much I made three batches in one night and got through three quarters of a big bag of kale! Definitely a winner  Smiley

I was looking forward to trying these. I had some leftover kale so I decided to give it a go. When I first tasted them I was like "huh... not bad" but as i was getting into them, the flavor seemed to get stronger and stronger. I quickly got sick of eating them. I think its due to the fact that I have not had kale "straight up" in the past. Its always in with a medley of vegetables so its flavor works and is less noticable. I think for me, the kale taste was a bit strong. I did like their texture though. I liked how close to chips their texture turned out to be. I think if I was more into kale this would be an awesome little snack.

I love this recipe! Kale is nutritious, cheap, and available year-round, and there couldn't be an easier way to eat it. I modified this recipe by adding a dash of vinegar and freshly ground black pepper, and tossing it in olive oil since I had no spray. So yum, and healthy too!

Very interesting.  Instead of salt, I used my hot n spicy seasoning recipe on top and they tasted like very spicy potato chips.  Definitely will make it again. Wink

Amazing. When I made it a year ago, I made the mistake of not drying the kale after I washed it. This time, I washed it, and then dried it in the salad spinner. I used oil in a spray can to evenly and lightly oil the kale. It crisped quickly this time around.
We're having it with malt vinegar now.

Holy Schnikies, Batman!  These are great!  I tossed mine in a tad of olive oil along with garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, nutritional yeast and a few sprays of liquid aminos.  DE-LISH!

This was interesting - They tasted good, but a little seaweed-y.  We did eat the whole batch, though!  Since one of my favorite vegetables is brussel sprouts, these were satisfying because they tasted like those, too.  I think I would try it with some different seasonings next time!

I'm not addicted, but I'm not against trying again!
