Spicy Grilled CheeseIngredients (use vegan versions): any vegan CHEDDAR cheese
oregano
cayenne pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
pepper, optional
any vegan bread
non-hydrogenated, vegan margarine or soy butter (for buttering bread & the skillet if non-stick)
Directions:Put a thin layer of the butter on both slices of bread.
Put one slice of bread (butter side up) on the skillet/pan/grill (whatever you're using).
Then add soy cheese, and add all the spices, however much you want.
Add the other piece of bread on top.
Cook until cheese melts, or until it's brown on both sides.
