5 Minute HummusIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 can cooked or boiled garbanzo beans
1/4 cup water
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:Wash and drain beans. Mince garlic.
In a blender, mix the beans and water.
Blend in the garlic and lemon.
Add the onion powder, black pepper and salt. Continue to blend until it reaches desired consistency.
Keep refrigerated unless you eat it all.
Serves: 2
