Creamy Peanut Kale

I used soy sauce instead of Bragg's (I don't really know how they compare) and found that it was a bit too salty, unless served over rice.  Then it was really good.

Really delish ... I mixed the sauce with leftover brown rice, and scarfed the whole thing!  Thanks, Owl, for a truly yummy kale dish.

This was yummy My very first kale eating experience... I left some of the stems on but wish i hadn't and strictly used the leaves only

This was REALLY good! My grocery store didn't have kale today, so I just got the red chard.  It was really good regaurdless.  I served it with brown rice and baked tofu. Yummy simple dinner.  Hubby loved it as well
