Simple Yummy Cucumber SnackIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 sliced cucumber
a few vegan Ritz-style crackers
some salt
some pepper
Directions:Slice up the cucumber. Place the slices into a bowl and mix in some fresh ground pepper and sea salt or regular salt. Mix it all up and then eat a slice of cucumber on a Ritz cracker and YUMMY!! It super quick, super easy, and gosh darn healthy!!
Serves: depends on size of cucumber
Preparation time: 5 minutes or less
