Basmati with Onion and SesameIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 cup basmati rice
1 chopped onion
2 1/4 cups water
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon lime pepper
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:Fry olive oil, onion, and lime pepper in large saucepan for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add rice. Fry for additional 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add water and sesame seeds. When it comes to a boil, add nutritional yeast and salt. Stir for 1 minute and serve.
