Healthy Swiss Chard

What you need:

1 bunch of Swiss chard
tiny bit of olive oil
any kind of vegan marinara/red sauce
tofu - you could probably use any kind
1 garlic clove
olives
onions

What you do:

Chop the garlic and Swiss chard, then saute it with olive oil until the Swiss chard is wilted.
Heat up the tomato sauce/marinara in a separate pot with the olives, onions, or whatever other vegetable you decide to use.
Cut up the tofu and mix it in with the Chard.
Pour red sauce on top of the chard and let it sit for a few minutes.
I just created this for lunch because I didn't want the chard to go bad, and it was SO GOOD I had to share.. I’m sure it's very healthy and low-cal also, as long as you make sure not to put too much olive oil.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

This recipe made a nice late night snack.  I added the chard stalks to the pan, and then added the leaves a little later.  I used about a quarter cup of olives with the sauce, and added the onion in the pan with the chard.
