El Duderino aka Vegan White Russian
What you need:
1 cup decent vodka (Stoli, Skye, etc.)
1 cup Kahluah
1/4 cup soy creamer (soy milk gets chunky in this)
What you do:
1) Fill two lowball glasses with ice. Mix vodka and Kahluah and divide between glasses. Top with a splash of soy creamer.
Watch the Big Lebowski......
For some extra oomph, add a shot cold press coffee or cooled espresso to the drink.

This sounds good-- but in the past when I made White Russians, I just used Kahlua and soy milk, and it was fine. Vodka optional... :o

Does anyone know if Kaluah is vegan? I was under the impression that it isn't. But if it is, then woo hoo!!! It'll be El Duderinos for us tonight! :-)
