El Duderino aka Vegan White Russian

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    1 cup decent vodka (Stoli, Skye, etc.)
    1 cup Kahluah
    silk soy creamer (soy milk gets chunky in this)
    ice
    2 lowball glasses

Directions:

Fill both glasses with ice.

Divide booze between the 2.

Top with a splash soy creamer.

Watch the Big Lebowski......

for some extra oomph add a shot cold press coffe or cooled espresso to the drink

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 5 seconds

Does anyone know if Kaluah is vegan?  I was under the impression that it isn't.  But if it is, then woo hoo!!!  It'll be El Duderinos for us tonight!  :-)

This sounds good-- but in the past when I made White Russians, I just used Kahlua and soy milk, and it was fine.  Vodka optional... Shocked
