CornbreadIngredients (use vegan versions): 3/4 cup cornmeal
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/4 cups soy milk
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons flax meal
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup vegan margarine (melted)
Directions:Mix wet ingredients in 1 bowl, mix dry in another. Add wet to dry, and mix well.
Pour into greased 8x8 pan, and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or till golden brown.

1/2 cup green onions chopped
1/2 cup jalapenos chopped
1 cup vegan rella + 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
Serves: 12
