Blueberry SmoothieIngredients (use vegan versions): 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 medium apple (any kind)
1/2 cup almond milk
1T protein powder
Directions:Put it in the blender and enjoy.
I find that putting the protein powder in before the apple and almond milk seems to work better.
I also use huckleberries in this and it is spectacular.
Serves: 1 or 2
