Toasty Broccoli Raab

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    1 bunch broccoli raab
    olive oil
    salt
    pepper
    chili powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375.

Coat broccoli in olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chili powder.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until crispy.  When the edges start to turn dark, you know its ready.

Serves: 2
