Vegan Bailey's

What you need: 

3/4 cup whiskey
1 pint hazelnut creamer (I use Silk) or plain creamer with 1 teaspoon almond or hazelnut extract
3 tablespoons dark chocolate syrup

What you do: 

1) Mix everything together. It works best when shaken.

I am drinking this right now and think it's wonderful!  I couldn't find Silk hazelnut, so used French vanilla, adding 2 T. Coffeemate creamer to the mix.  Thanks so much -- I've really missed Bailey's! Thanks for posting.

One of the things I missed the most after becoming vegan was Baileys... something fierce! I live in a small town and couldn't find Silk Hazelnut, but we did have French vanilla. I used it afraid it might mess up the taste but it still tastes just like Baileys. Thanks so much for posting this. You made my day! ;)b
