I want to try this recipe, but what are slices of tofu?  Is it just slices of vegan cheese?

Cellochick, the slices of tofu are slices of tofu.  I believe the author intends the cheezy part  to come from the nutritional yeast.

Pretty good.  I used slightly less earth balance than recommended.  I also added salsa.  It was quick and easy to make.  I'll probably eat this instead of my usual oatmeal for breakfast a couple of times a week (it is easy to wrap up and eat on the go!).  I think in the future I may also add some sliced mushrooms.

Wonderful recipe!! So easy to make.  I didn't use any vegan margarine because I didn't have any on hand and it turned out fine.

This was very tasty and quick.  Next time I want to add some tomato or salsa.

Was feeling a bit peckish and wanted to make something quick and satisfying.  This recipe fit the bill!  I added a wee bit of garlic powder to give it a bit of kick.
Thanks! Smiley
