Marinated Mushrooms

    8 oz fresh mushrooms
    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon basil
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 clove garlic crushed

Directions:

Shake together all the ingredients and marinate overnight in a shallow glass dish.

Oh so good!

This marinade was quite good.  I cut the olive oil down some and added some oregano and marinated 2 portobello mushroom caps.  I grilled them for about 6 minutes on my George Foreman and they came out perfectly.
