These are sooooooooooooooooooo tasty! I seriously love these. I fried the tofu first (after cutting them into small rectangular pieces) and then melted the margarine with the wing sauce in another pan. I then drained the tofu and mixed it in with the sauce and let it cook for a while. I use FYH's Creamy Garlic dressing to dip them in... goes great with the spiciness and sort of evens it out.

HOLY TOFU! Ok, this is the first dish that i've made that made me feel like I wasn't vegan...I felt like I was at Hooters, eating wings!  I wished I had some beer in my fridge... I never ate wings without ranch, and I wasn't about to start tonight.  I made some vegan ranch, chopped up some celery and it was amazing!!! I baked the tofu then tossed it in the sauce, I didn't even notice that it wasn't fried.  Smitten

You can use butter instead of margarine.

absolutely LOVED it! we breaded it with an Ener G Egg Replacer 'egg wash' and cornstarch, fried it up then poured the buffalo sauce over it, gave it that crispy buffalo wing crunch with the delicious sauce!!! and of course had to make it super unhealthy with homemade potato chips! GREAT recipe! THANKS!
