Tofu Stir FryIngredients (use vegan versions): 3 heads of broccoli
1/2 container of tofu
5 portabello mushrooms
garlic and
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions:Cut up broccoli, tofu, and mushroom, and garlic and ginger. Heat pan with vegetable oil. Add broccoli and cook five minutes or until a dark green. Add mushrooms and garlic and ginger. Cook 3 minutes, then add tofu and soy sauce. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Serve hot.

I thought it tasted exceptional! I highly suggest it...except, I didn't use ginger or garlic. Enjoy!
