Cream Cheese and Olive Sandwich

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

soy cream cheese spread
olives (broken or crushed)
1 slice of vegan bread

Directions:

1. Spread cream cheese on two halves of vegan bread

2. Place olives on top of the cream cheese

3. Enjoy!

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 2 min

My dad used to eat these. I thought he was wierd until I tried it. Now my kids eat them.(They used to think that I was wierd!)Great sandwich.M.M.

Try it with Kalamita Olives toped on a garlic bagel, its delicious!!

I grew up eating these. Yum! My dad used to make them for me. Theres a restaurant in town that has them on the menu -- that's how I know its a good restaurant!

These sound so good. Unfortunately, I've never found a store that carries vegan cream cheese. If I ever find it, I'll be sure to try this out!

I have had this cream cheese mixture on celery. Never thought of a sandwich. Hey why not both for a great meal.
