Lettuce Romain or Iceberg
Mushrooms sliced
green salad olives or black olives
Alfalfa sprouts
Red Pepper
Bannana Peppers
Salad dressing (Your favorite)
Hummous (Optional)
Directions:Ok this is easy. Spread the olives on your vegan bread of choice. Next put the bannana peppers on the olives then the mushrooms, actually this is all pretty self-explanatory the alfalfa next then the lettuce. Actually I like to put the salad dressing on the alfalfa to act as adhesive the hummous can be used in the same manor. Then I close the sandwichand eat it. This is just like making a salad only its in roll which can make it more convenient if you're at work or school.

Using hummus on a sandwich is a great replacement for mayo, etc. It also gives the veggies something to stick to so they don't fall out.
