2 small potatoes
1 dozen or more mushrooms
2 tablespoon minced chives
salt
black pepper
paprika
Directions:Layer into lunch box in this order. Do not mix. Mix at work and nuke for 10 minutes on high.
Option: I would think this would be good with some caraway seed or Oregano added. I could also imagine using 2 teaspoons of sweet curry instead of the pepper and paprika.
Are the potatos and cabbage precooked or not?

I agree with Sheralyn. Are the potatoes and cabbage precooked. It sounds aweful. Raw potatoes would go black. Whole potatoes would take forever to cook. It sounds like a joke to make everyone at work laugh at you.

Thinly sliced cabbage and potatoes will cook in a microwave in ten minutes. Whats the problem? Slice the veggies thinly and layer them in a microwavable container. When at work, throw in the microwave oven. Sounds good to me.
