Red BulgurIngredients (use vegan versions): 1 cup of bulgur
1 cup of water
1 cup of shredded red cabbage
salt-pepper
2 teaspoon cider vinegar (vinaiger)
2 teaspoon grape oil
dash of soy sauce
Directions:Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, with salt and pepper. Stir in bulgur. Mix. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Add Red Cabbage. Mix well. Serve with vinaigrette. You can add apple slice.
Serves: 3
