half loaf bread
olive oil
garlic
basil
vegi chicken broth
margaram
Ener-G Egg Replacer
tomato sauce (marinara)
sesame seeds
vegan cheese (optional)
Directions:Marinate tofu in vegi chicken broth and garlic basil mix overnight. Fry tofu till brown adding desired spices to tofu. Dip fried tofu in Ener-G Egg Replacer then in crumbled vegan bread, seasoning, sesame seed mix. Bake at 350 till vegan bread is crumbly. Add tomato sauce. Heat till hot. Add vegan cheese as desired

this was very yummy.....I made it for mom and dad They even liked cold leftovers in sanwiches! Being ovo lacto I used allot of mozzerrella on top. It was pretty tasty~
