Linkletter LoafIngredients (use vegan versions): 1-1/2 cup grated carrots
1 onion, diced
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground nuts
replacer for 1 egg
3/4 cup rich soy or nut milk
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon celery salt
Directions:Combine all ingredients in order listed, pour into sprayed casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Serve with cashew or almond gravy.
Serves: 6
Preparation time: 1 hour
